Four Week MBSR 2.0 Online Course

This four-week online MBSR 2.0 course is taught in the same format that the original MBSR is held - together, live, in zoom, and the ongoing practice daily in our lives. Think of this as a refresher and opportunity to step deeper or to look at other aspects of how mindfulness touches our lives.

Some cool additions building upon our established foundational understanding of mindfulness, stress reactivity, and our practices. We will look at cycles, habits, rhythms in our life. We will take a deeper dive into open awareness meditation, walking meditation, and basic qigong.

Four Week MBSR 2.0 Online Course

Join Angie for this four-week training as a continuation of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. We will join virtually as a group weekly, including an all-day at home retreat. MBSR is an effective, scientifically tested method for reducing physical and psychological suffering while building resilience, well-being, balance, and peace of mind.

  • This MBSR Online provides intensive training in mindfulness meditation and its integration into the challenges and adventures of everyday life.

  • Through mindfulness we will learn to train our attention, cultivate deeper awareness and wisdom and pay attention to what is happening in our current life.

  • We will learn mindfulness meditation, body awareness, and yoga as well as have opportunities to explore patterns of behavior, thinking, feeling, and action.

  • Please be willing to make a strong commitment to attend all classes and to practice daily home assignments for four weeks. This level of commitment will amplify your positive results.

  • A computer and high-speed internet connection are required. Mobile devices such as phones and tablets are not recommended.
