Eight Week MBSR Online Course

with Angie Corogin & Meghan Slining, Mindfulness Educators

Stress isn’t just a feeling or a mental state; if you don’t address it, it seeps into every aspect of our life. One way to cope with stress is through the practices learned in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, or MBSR, an eight-week course that teaches how to use mindfulness in daily life.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is proven to assist in changing habitual reactivity patterns in our mind and allows us to identify early signs of stress. This course hones in on our own stress reactivity and how to become more resilient and capable of responding to stressors in our life including; anxiety, chronic pain, stress, or illness. Other outcomes are; a deeper self-awareness allowing for better self-regulation, new healthy responses to use when encountering stress, improved confidence, a greater sense of wellbeing, and a deeper appreciation for life.
